The Company makes no guarantees or promises regarding specific results, and We are not liable for any personal or financial decisions or outcomes resulting from Your use of Our Service.
No Refunds Policy
Due to the personalized nature of Our Services, all sales are final.
-
Expiration Window: You must schedule and complete Your session within forty-five (45) days of purchase. If You fail to schedule Your session within thirty (30) days of purchase, or if the session does not occur within the 45-day window, the session is forfeited and no refund will be provided.
-
Recording Disclaimers: The failure, absence, or technical error of an optional session recording does not qualify the Service for a refund.
-
Exceptions: Refunds will only be issued if an issue is directly due to Our fault, limited to a digital product proven defective within 15 days of purchase, or a guidance session that is not provided by Us. Any such approved refunds will be handled according to the processing terms below.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule a booked Service once, provided You notify Us via email at contact@tenaralee.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Additional rescheduling requests may be granted at Our sole discretion in extenuating circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies), provided You submit the request via email within 24 hours of the event and receive Our explicit written approval. Otherwise, no further rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
If We must reschedule a booked Service due to Our fault, We will notify You via email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Service, offering the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund for unfulfilled Services (or a prorated refund for partially delivered Services). This will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Attendance Policy
If You fail to attend a scheduled Service without notifying Us, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided. In extenuating circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies), You may request an exception by emailing contact@tenaralee.com within 24 hours of the missed session, subject to Our explicit written approval. Otherwise, no refunds will be provided.
If a scheduled Service is not delivered due to Our fault without prior notification to You, a full refund for unfulfilled Services (or a prorated refund for partially delivered Services) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate Services at Our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, instances of disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, or if We determine Our Services are unsuitable for You. If a live session is terminated mid-progress due to such behavior, You will forfeit the remainder of the session and no full or pro-rated refund will be issued. In all other cases of Company-initiated termination, a full refund, or a prorated refund where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. We are not liable for any additional costs or damages resulting from the refusal or termination of Services.
Session Recording and Permitted Use
By default, live sessions are not recorded. With Your explicit consent, obtained via email when scheduling Your live session, You may opt into receiving an audio-only recording. You may opt out at any time before the session begins. Authorized recordings are made solely by Us; You may not record live sessions independently. A secure link to download the audio recording will be emailed to You, and the file will be permanently deleted 48 hours later. We cannot retrieve or re-send a file once this 48-hour window closes, and We bear no liability for missed downloads. The audio files are licensed strictly for Your private, personal, and non-commercial use, and remain subject to the Intellectual Property Notice below.
