End self-abandonment and take back your power

Updated: 2 days ago
A large part of the healing journey is a process of purging. It is a process of unraveling, of releasing all that has been trapped inside us for so long, not only in our lifetimes but in past lifetimes as well.
So this purging process really asks us to develop energetic capacity and emotional resilience. Why? Because there's so much to feel, there's so much to release. All of the trapped energies are going to come up and these are volatile. These are the repeated shocks of our original traumas and we just breathe through them. We just allow them to come through the body and be processed and released or reintegrated back into our field.
And then there is the other component which is the emotional resilience. You need to have the bandwidth to feel your feelings.
So let's say that a suppressed memory is coming up, perhaps a memory of being violated or repeated memories of being violated. When you're holding space for yourself, instead of running from these memories or getting scared, freaking out, thinking maybe you can't handle it, you are the container. You become like an oak tree. The storm is coming, right?
The emotional storm is coming. The memory is coming up. There's grief, there's rage, there's all of this intensity. But you're the oak tree. Some leaves may fall in the storm, some branches may break, but you are the wise, strong one.
And the reason that you can do this is because your soul consciousness is walking you through this healing journey. You are not alone. No matter how tainted you feel, or how messed up things have been for you, or how long it's been going on, your soul consciousness is always within you.
This is your heart. This is your divinity. This is your truth. This is your wise I am presence.
And on the healing journey, this presence is always with us... So we never fully lose consciousness when these suppressed memories are coming up. When these trapped energies are rising up, we're always like the oak tree. We're holding space for ourselves.
And this is how we meet ourselves. This is how we develop self-trust. And this is really important because when we're traumatized, we cannot trust ourselves.
We don't even know ourselves because our psyche has been fragmented. Our consciousness has been split by the repeated shocks of the trauma.
So there's all of these unhealed parts of ourselves and they're all going in different directions. There is not just one inner child, one sweet little abandoned inner child. There's a whole gang of inner children and we're going to get to know them and make friends with them. These unhealed parts need us to be like the oak tree. They need us to be able to show up for them and experience them in their full intensity.
So the part of yourself that was violated and is carrying shame doesn't want you to turn your back on it or run from it or deny it or suppress it anymore. It is like, "Hello, I'm here and I'm feeling ashamed. Are you going to listen to me? Are you going to show up for me?"
Think of it like there's a kid, right? And he is treated terribly by his father and he gets left after school every day instead of getting picked up by his father. His dad never shows up.
And all of a sudden you come in, you're the new caretaker and you're like, "Hey, I'm going to be there at 3.30 to pick you up tomorrow." And the kid's like, "Whatever." He doesn't even believe you because he's so used to being neglected.
But week after week, you show up and this child starts to trust you. This child starts to believe you and have faith in you and have faith in life that things can actually be different for him. This is the same process that you're going to go through with your own inner children.
Instead of running from your pain, running from the memories, running from the volatile energies that are coursing through your nervous system, you start showing up. You start developing self-trust and this makes you strong. This makes you aware and this gives you your power back, right?
This is how you develop true, authentic power because you know yourself. You know who the f*ck you are. Nobody can tell you anymore... things about you that aren't true. You don't believe the shadows anymore. You're not going to be manipulated anymore because there are no more blind spots.
Because every time a memory comes up, every time a belief comes up, a fear, a program, you catch yourself in something... or an event happens in your life that brings up pain, you meet yourself right there. You stop abandoning all of your inner children and you hold space for your own emotions.
You are wise and strong like the oak tree. You have energetic capacity. You have emotional resilience and you come out of this journey like a freaking superhero.
You're going to be more self-aware and more emotionally intelligent than the majority of the population because quite frankly, we are coming out of the dark ages on this planet. And it is just like... people are so used to suppressing their emotions but because you have endured ancestral trauma, you don't have that option anymore.
You can't continue on until you face it, right? You're forced to become a cycle breaker. You are forced to face yourself and become truly authentically empowered and it's a beautiful thing.
Not only are you going to develop self-confidence, like real self-confidence and real self-trust, but instead of defending as you walk through life and trying to shield yourself from negative energies or narcissists or bad things happening, your entire frequency is going to shift.
And so you're going to start to radiate instead of absorbing all the negativity, you're radiating coherence. Because your consciousness is coherent. Your psyche is no longer split or fractured. You know who you are.
You're walking with dignity, with self-trust, with self-love because you've honored all these unhealed parts of yourself and you have in doing that been able to work with these patterns that they have and eventually dissolve them.
This is the process of healing. It's a process of alchemy and transmutation. Energetic capacity, emotional resilience. These are two of your main keys.
And yes, it is asking you to become extremely strong but you can handle it. You have already endured ancestral trauma. You are stronger than you know and we are in a time of healing my friends. That is why you are on the path of spiritual awakening. That is why you are being faced with the horrors of what you have experienced.
It is all so that you can transmute it, become the cycle breaker, heal and actually create a life that you want to be living rather than a life that's just repeating the same old karmic patterns and self-sabotage... and all the things.
Okay, I'm going to stop it right there. I hope that this landed with you. I have created a free self-forgiveness meditation. This is designed to help you release resistance against yourself. I will leave a link in the description below. If you feel called to work with me one-on-one, I offer soul activation sessions. That link will also be below.
If this resonated, give it a like, subscribe, follow, drop a comment. Let me know what you're thinking. love you a whole lot and I will see you in the next one. Bye.
