Finding hope when you're spiraling

Hello my friends, my name is Tenara. I want to talk to you about rekindling hope on your journey healing from ancestral trauma. So there was this comment that I saw the other day on a random video that I wanted to share with you because it really touched me.
In this comment, this woman who was clearly struggling with ancestral trauma, with CPTSD, she was pouring out her pain and she was spiraling. She said things like, I am now in court proceedings against my abuser and he is also my husband, yet I'm also in another toxic relationship and it's all just so hard and I am struggling and I'm tired and I don't know how to get out of this. I'm starting to lose hope. I'm just feeling so hopeless, yet I am deeply spiritual and I'm an empath and I'm clairsentient and I know there's a higher way and I just wish there was someone to let me know that there was a light at the end of the tunnel.
And there was a ton of likes on this comment, like a lot of people were really feeling her vibe and it really touched me because I used to be her. When I was reading about how she was in these toxic cycles, back to back, just constant abuse, I was like, f*ck man. That used to be me and that is so hard.
And I remember thinking in my own life that if I could just get the abuse to stop, that I would consider myself a success. I didn't even need to make money or do anything else in my life if I could just get it to stop, because that's how relentless it was. And I was also hopeless most of the time because no matter what I did, no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't seem to get over these really tough, painful, karmic cycles.
So the first thing that I want to bring forward about hopelessness is that this is actually one of our core frequencies that we get imprinted with as trauma survivors.
Let me put it to you this way. Think of a small child who is getting neglected, abandoned, and abused and this small child gets locked into a dark closet every day.
At first, the child is screaming and crying for help in despair and sadness, somebody please help me, but nobody ever comes. So the child eventually learns to become hopeless, right? Because there's nowhere else to go. There's nothing to do. The situation is futile.
So hopelessness is a learned behavior. It is a learned state of being.
It is one of our core frequency imprints and it's one of the core imprints that your wounded inner child carries through life if you are a trauma survivor.
So what I want you to take away from this is that now that you are an adult and you are experiencing challenges in your life, whether you're in the situation that that commenter was and you're experiencing back-to-back toxic cycles and you can barely come up for air in between them, or whether you are a high-functioning trauma survivor and you've got a big job or a house or a marriage and kids and all the things, but you're still really suffering underneath the surface, hopelessness is a frequency that your wounded inner child is carrying.
And so I want you to understand that this is a frequency imprint. This is a learned state of being and it is not the truth.
There is no true hopelessness in life because every situation can be changed. It can be fixed. We are powerful creators.
We are sovereign beings and we are powerful creators and we're always creating from our point of consciousness. So this means that we're creating through our thoughts, our feelings, our actions, our beliefs, whether we realize it or not.
And I know that's a jagged pill to swallow because when you are suffering with ancestral trauma, it definitely feels like life is coming at you and you cannot imagine how you could possibly be creating the situations that you're living in. And you're not doing it consciously. This whole thing is subconscious.
And one of the frequencies that is persistent in creating the sh*t that you live is this frequency of hopelessness because no matter what we encounter, like I said, whether you're in dire straits or you're high-functioning, this frequency gets activated and it keeps us stuck in the trauma cycle.
That is very important to understand because when we encounter a challenge or a big, huge toxic problem, call it what you like, this frequency of hopelessness gets activated and we feel like we're cursed, like our situation is futile, like no matter what we do, we will always be victimized. We simply cannot change. We cannot effectuate any change in our lives.
And if we truly fall into this and we truly believe that we're hopeless, well, why bother trying, right? Why bother? Because we believe we can't get out. This is the lie of the trauma.
This is the lie, lies that the trauma brain or the voice of trauma tells you is that the situation is hopeless, that I'm hopeless, that everything is hopeless. And it's like a base frequency, right? It is like at the bottom there with despair and shame. It is a very, very low vibrating frequency because we have no power when we're hopeless, right? I mean, it's the definition of victimhood, but you are not a victim.
You were victimized, but you are not a victim.
And so it's really important when you are feeling hopeless to maybe take a walk around the block, take a deep breath and just step outside of yourself, get some objective perspective and realize, I'm feeling hopeless, oh, I'm running the frequency imprint of my wounded inner child. This is not truth, right? This is like a default reaction.
When I encounter struggle or stress or overwhelm, I default into feeling hopeless. And that feeling, that belief, that way of being is exactly what keeps me stuck. Because if I'm hopeless, there's no point in trying, there's no way out.
So it is like a surrender of sorts, not a good kind of surrender, right? It's like giving up, right? It's hopeless. F*ck it. Who cares?
So number one is to understand that when you're feeling hopeless, you're defaulting back into this core frequency of your wounded inner child and you can just love yourself right there.
Number two...
I want you to realize that it's not true. There is no situation that is truly hopeless. You are a powerful creator and you're always generating new experiences from your frequency, from your vibration.
And number three, there are people like me and there are many people out there who have successfully healed from ancestral trauma, from CPTSD, from generational trauma. Am I perfect? No. Is life perfect? No. Obviously, it's never going to be.
There's still challenges, but I definitely don't experience the same kind of toxic cycles that that lady was describing in her comment. And it was really just telling for me, that was a different lifetime. When I read that comment, I was like, wow, that is so hard. And also, that was lifetimes ago.
And you can get to that point too...
If you persist, if you stay the course on your healing journey, there is hope. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and you can get to that point at the end where that toxic cycle of karmic patterns and abuse and betrayals and adversity and hard knocks seems like a distant memory.
I want to leave you right there. Thank you so much for receiving this transmission.
I also want to let you know before I go that I've created a free self-forgiveness meditation. This is designed to help you release resistance against yourself on the healing journey. If you want to check that out, it will cost you nothing. There is a link in the description below.
Also, I do private sessions. These are soul activation sessions. These are breakthrough sessions for those of you who are ready to have an aha moment and go really, really deep. So check that out as well in the description.
If this resonated with you, give it a like, give me a subscribe, drop a comment. Let me know what you think. Thank you again for your presence and I will see you in the next one. Bye.
