Rising up into our sovereignty, into our beautiful, divine, original state of being requires us to practice unconditional love with ourselves the way that God or the divine would with us.

And it's not easy to do this, especially when we're flailing, when we're in debt, when we're struggling, when we're feeling fat, when we're feeling ashamed, you know, all these distorted frequencies that are floating around out there in the collective. This is really challenging. It's so challenging to practice self-compassion and self-love during these really pivotal moments.

But when we do this, we are honoring the divine within. This is actually how we rise up because Source is never looking at us saying, Oh, yeah, everyone else deserves love. But you? No, no, no. You messed up far too much. Like, Source is not saying that.

God is never looking at you and judging you.

So as we're going on our healing journey, and we are clearing these lower timelines of lack and scarcity, and unworthiness and generational trauma... we're clearing the bloodlines, we're doing all of this really massive work. A huge part of it is just acceptance, allowance, and cutting ourselves slack.

Self-compassion is like the most important tool you will need in your toolkit by far on your healing journey, whatever you're healing from.

And we're all healing from something, right? Because humanity had a fall in consciousness a long time ago, thousands of years ago, and we are collectively healing from trauma. Part of that healing journey requires that you love yourself unconditionally.

You are going to learn to give yourself the acceptance and the unconditional love and the respect and the honor and all the things that you never received from others.

That is actually a huge part of why we come into this life with these huge challenges and traumas and adversities. We don't come into this lifetime with trauma as a punishment. It is a portal. It is a portal into the highest version of ourselves. It is a gift, but only if we choose to work with it and alchemize our pain into power.

And in that process of sitting with our pain, sitting with these parts of ourselves that we don't really like, the parts of ourselves that have reacted, or messed up, or made decisions that we wish we could take back, we have to love ourselves through it.

Self-compassion and self-love are absolutely paramount. We cannot heal without them. Because you see, we came in and we were treated badly. Maybe we were neglected. Maybe we were abused. Maybe we were manipulated. Maybe we were betrayed. And therefore, we have to show up for ourselves first, right? And that is how we break out of that paradigm, that lower frequency bandwidth of distorted timelines and distorted behaviors and false beliefs and illusions and scarcity and lack.

We break out through honoring and respecting the divine within us. And that means that we love ourselves, especially when we're down, most especially when we're down.

That is when the abandoned parts of ourselves, these unhealed parts of ourselves that are suffering, that are feeling like not enough, that are feeling like, oh my god, I don't know how I'm going to make it through.

Those are the moments when we go, you know what? I might be swimming around a little bit in this karmic soup, as I like to call it, but I'm going to love myself anyway. I'm going to love myself in this really prickly, hot, stinging, uncomfortable moment.

I am going to accept myself, even now. Because I know underneath it all, in the deepest part of my soul, that I am a divine child of God.

We are a golden race remembering. We are remembering who we really are, our power, our gifts, our beauty, our preciousness.

And all of these distorted timelines, right, all of these things that you have been in this lifetime that you don't really prefer. They are all of the divine as well, because they were part of your path. They were part of your path of awakening. They were part of your path of getting to this moment now where you become so internally powerful that you decide to love yourself no matter what the fuck happened.

No matter what you have been through, you are like, No, even now, as I sit in this karmic soup of like disaster or identity collapse, or poverty or whatever it is, I am still worthy of love.

This is one of the pillars that we begin with is understanding that we are divine children of God. Now, you may not get this emotionally yet, because maybe there are some blocks there to release. But you can start intellectually just with the cognitive understanding that you are a divine child of God. Therefore, you are worthy, period, end of story.

And in these difficult moments, remember this fact, not only remember it, try to go deeper, just breathe with it and sit with it and like, I am okay. I am okay.

It is so incredibly difficult to rise up out of these lower timelines, these lower distortions of the matrix, these false beliefs that we've all been conditioned into because we're in that paradigm.

So as soon as we start to like set boundaries that honor ourselves and say, I'm not engaging with that reality, I am not engaging in that conversation, I'm not going to fight for justice in a lower dimensional timeline where there is no justice to be had because it feeds on distorted energies, right? Like I'm not even going there. I am not negotiating with my worthiness. I'm not doing any of it, right?

It takes so much internal power to be able to do that, especially when you are just beginning to rise up, when you are just beginning to break out of this old paradigm that you've been in.

And this paradigm, you know, it's gonna fight back the people around you, the realities, the situations, they do come with a resistance when you rise up and you start to love yourself anyway.

Who do you think you are? They say, who do you think you are to love yourself when you're flailing in life? And you say, I know who the fuck I am. I am a divine child of God.

Who do you think you are to step out of lack and scarcity? Who do you think you are to set boundaries? You're being picky. That's your ego. Don't be so particular, right? It's going to try to get you out of this sovereign place of internal power where I know I deserve more. I know I am part of a divine golden race.

I know I have divine birthrights of health, wealth, abundance, prosperity, joy, connection, creativity. I know these things in the depths of my soul. And as soon as you start to act on them, you will get some pushback.

It's going to make you question yourself. Wait a minute. Am I being an egomaniac? Am I like asking for too much? Do I need to tone it down? Do I need to stay small? No.

Stay strong in your inner knowing that you are part of a divine golden race. You are a child of God. You are remembering.

We were never meant to endlessly struggle in these lower timelines, in these lower dimensions. And part of remembering is offering yourself the unconditional love, the unconditional acceptance and compassion that the divine would offer you.

When you honor yourself and you get past that resistance, and you're able to like rise up another step on your journey, you will receive positive feedback because you are honoring God.

So when you say no, I'm not engaging in this lower reality timeline, you are honoring the divine within.

This is why self-compassion is so important because the times when we need to set boundaries and say no, and like really kind of put some effort into breaking out of these lower reality timelines. That's the time that it's the hardest and that we need to have the most inner strength. And in order to do that, we have to love ourselves. We cannot kick ourselves into alignment.

Nobody ever was kicked into alignment. Negative reinforcement, it doesn't work.

It works for five minutes and then you fall back even deeper into the shame hole or like whatever you know you were trying to break out of. It's not sustainable.

Only self-love is sustainable. Only unconditional love is sustainable.

Only... I accept myself in all ways, even when I'm gaining weight, even when I'm sinking in debt, even when I'm sick, even when I don't know how I'm going to make it through the day, even when I've fallen back into an old pattern. Yep, even then, I love myself.

If you have trust and faith in this worthiness, this inherent worthiness that you were born with, that is unshakeable, it gives you the power to move through anything because you have God on your side, right?

Trust and faith has been so pushed down in our society because that's how you keep people disempowered. That's how you keep people suppressed and in timelines of lack and scarcity. We cut the trust and we cut the faith. That means we cut our connection to the divine.

So part of remembering is having trust and faith that no matter what crisis you are sitting in, you're going to get through. It's somehow, someway going to level you up. And that's how you can choose to look at things, especially when you're moving through these hard moments, especially when you're clearing generational traumas, ancestral traumas, and things come up, memories come up, and you're like, oh my God.

You remember that you are a divine child of God and you can trust that you were given this moment. You were given not only the experience of this moment but the full and complete awareness of it from a higher vantage point, so that you can move through it.

The pain is a portal. The trauma is a portal into your highest self if you choose to work with it and alchemize it.

And we do this whole alchemy thing with love, with acceptance, with compassion, not with, oh, I should have done it different. I was in my ego.

No, no, no, no. You were in your divinity. Your divinity was trying to rise up and say, I deserve more because I am a divine child of God. Period. End of story. And the more you heal, the more you're going to realize that this is actually truth.

The biggest thing if I could go back would be like to trust myself more. To trust that when something came up and I wanted to set a boundary or say no or be like this is all wrong, like wrong reality. There's no way this can be what God had in mind for me.

I wish I could have trusted myself more back then and been like absolutely 100% right. That was not the right reality. It took a lot of years to to collapse those beliefs inside of myself but at the end of the day, I did it through loving myself. Loving myself enough to want more, to go for more and to say no.

The more we say no, the more we're standing in our sovereign power, saying no, I do not accept that.

And even if things are crumbling around me, like it's a literal shit show, I still know that this is not a reflection of who I really am.

So I want you today to love yourself more, especially if you are going through it.

These energies are massive, you guys. They are really big energies that we are going through on this planet right now and you're here, right here right now in this lifetime, because you can deal with it.

You were one of those souls that said yep, I'm going to go down to planet earth and I'm going to incarnate during this incredibly pivotal shift of the ages, and ...

I'm going to clear all the distorted timelines, all the lower realities, everything, okay? Because I'm that strong, because I'm that powerful, because I'm that knowing of the divinity that lives within me.

And that I deserve more, that I am worthy. I'm going to have trust, I'm going to have faith, but most of all, I'm going to accept myself right here, right now, no matter what it looks like.

Just try and sit with that as you move through some of the stuff that comes up. It takes the edge off, for sure. It raises your vibration, it reconnects you with the divine, and it moves you forward on your path.

Because when we love ourselves, we strengthen that connection with the divine and then we are open, that conduit is open for higher insights, for answers to come through, for solutions we hadn't thought about before.

Like, oh, why didn't I just do it this way before?

Because you were busy not accepting yourself. You were busy thinking you needed to fix something about yourself. When there is nothing to fix, there is only energetic blocks to release.

That's all we're doing on the healing path. That's all we're doing as we rise up into our authentic power and reclaim our divine golden timelines. All that we're doing is releasing, releasing, releasing, releasing.

You don't need to become anything per se, except maybe more loving, more compassionate towards yourself, more trusting that, yeah, you do deserve more, and that it's okay if it's a little messy right now.

When we choose love in those moments, that's the power, that's the transmutation right there. That's the moment when you find that God within you and you say, uh-uh, I am rising up anyway, and no one and no thing can stop me.

I hope that this landed with you, and thank you so much for your presence during this transmission. Bye.
