You Are Coded to Transcend Generational Trauma ~ Break the Karmic Cycle đź’«

Inside each one of us are these frequency imprints of an inner victim and an inner perpetrator.
Even if you feel like you are not a perpetrator, that you only experience perpetrators out there in the world in the form of narcissists or abusers or people who are against you, or even systems and structures that are against you. The deeper truth is that it is all generated from this unhealed part of you that acts as an inner perpetrator, either against you or against the world at large.
And the same is true of our inner victim. Every time we go out into the world and we feel victimized, it is not that we are not being victimized. We certainly are. However, it is stemming from this deep sense of victimhood that is already encoded into our cellular memory.
So both the inner perpetrator and the inner victim are falsely coded into our DNA. They are frequency imprints. We can also call them energetic overlays.
And they reside deep within our cellular memory. And they've been there for generations, regardless of whether or not we were abused as a child or maybe in our teenage years or as an adult. It doesn't really matter because we came into this life with them. And that's part of the reason that we call it ancestral trauma. These false encodings actually exist for humanity at large. But for those of us who have endured ancestral trauma, it's very acute. It's very extreme.
And that is because we were supposed to awaken to them in this lifetime. And had they not been extreme, we simply would have ignored them.
We would have considered them part of the status quo. But because we have endured such extreme generational trauma, we can no longer ignore these frequency imprints.
So at the core of it all are these interactions between our inner victim and our inner perpetrator.
I call these our victim-perpetrator dynamics. Now, I know you may feel like, hey, I'm not a perpetrator. I'm a good person. I'm walking towards the light. I'm doing my best. And all that I get is resistance in my reality. The perpetrators are out there, right? They're not in here. They're out there in the world. And while that may be true, they are also inside of you.
One example may be when you are afraid that you cannot get your needs met in your life. And so you resort to these unhealthy coping mechanisms. And you subtly manipulate people, perhaps by helping them first and then expecting them to help you back, or by pulling the strings, by putting on a facade, a front, maybe little white lies, maybe withholding, not showing all of your cards.
All of these subtle manipulations are ways that your inner perpetrator is acting out. It's an attempt to manage reality.
And it is a manipulation, even though in our heart, we feel innocent, and we're just trying to get our needs met and feel safe, right? We're still trying to manage and manipulate reality. And this is how we're acting in the energy of our inner perpetrator. This is just one of the many ways, right?
Another way we might act as in our inner perpetrator, or act with this energy rather, is that we push, right? We push through life, or we push ourselves into burnout, or we push others.
We force, we control, right? And this is our inner perpetrator trying to drive us forward through life.
This is a survival tactic. So these ways that we're acting with the energy of our inner perpetrator, they aren't obvious. That's why doing the shadow work, and doing the inner work, and going within is so incredibly important.
And it's the same for our inner victim. We might go out into the world and feel victimized and say, yeah, but it's not my fault. I did my best. I was trying so hard, and still, I got shut down. Still, I got victimized. What happened to me wasn't fair. And it probably wasn't. There is no denying that.
However, you have to go even deeper and look into the part of yourself that still feels like a victim, that still is not in your authentic power, that believes that life is inherently against them, or believes truly that you can't.
That's a very important phrase when we're in victimhood. It's, I can't. I can't do this. I can't do that. I tried. I can't. I can't. Right? And of course, you can, but the inner victim doesn't believe this. So we walk out into the world with this can't energy, with this sense of victimhood, and then we meet a perpetrator, and we are victimized.
Every victim needs a perpetrator, and every perpetrator needs a victim. And we are playing out these dynamics, both within ourselves and in our external realities.
Okay? So they exist within us, and they show up in our external circumstances as a reflection of what is already going on inside of us. And I know that this probably feels like a bitter pill or a jagged pill to swallow, like, hey, it's not my fault. I'm not responsible. I'm a good person. Of course, you're a good person. You are a divine child of God. And it's not about placing blame. It's not about, it's my fault, or it's the world's fault, or it's the narcissist's fault, or it's my circumstances, or it's my toxic family.
It's about understanding the core of the energy, because the energy is the precursor to physical reality. This is an energetic universe.
So what's happening within us is manifested in our lives, whether we realize it or not.
And healing from generational trauma means we go within, and we peel back the many layers of false beliefs, the false beliefs of our inner victim and the false beliefs of our inner perpetrator.
And I'll go more into these dynamics as we move forward, but this is really what healing from generational trauma is. It is collapsing this victim-perpetrator paradigm within ourselves.
Now, what you must never do on this journey is give up on yourself. You must never quit, because you will meet resistance.
Okay? Healing from ancestral trauma is not a small thing. It is a gargantuan feat. That's why this whole lifetime for you has been about the trauma, because you are supposed to awaken to it. It's not a small thing. It's in your face going, hey, everywhere you turn, I am. You try to run from me, I'm going to show up again. Right? Everywhere you go, that trauma is following you, and it will fuck you up. Sorry, but not sorry. It will fuck you up until you heal it.
Right?
And it doesn't mean you become perfect. It means you become aware of these false identities that have been coded into you, the false victim and the false perpetrator. And until you become aware of these dynamics within you, you will continue to play out these karmic cycles in your life.
These painful karmic cycles, right? The groundhog day, the toxic situations, whatever it may be. I remember when I thought that I got away from perpetrators because I left them in my personal relationships, but then they started showing up in my jobs. Right? I got a new career. I went to school, got whatever. Who cares? It was back when I was in the matrix. But anyway, I went into this new industry, and in my new job, I was met with all of these toxic, narcissistic bosses. And I was like, no way. It's showing up again. It's still here. How is it possible? Out of all the jobs I could have gotten, how am I still the scapegoat? How is this following me? Right?
It's because I still had this inner perpetrator and this inner victim, and they were working together, playing off of each other. And they were just showing up in my external reality wherever I went. And it wasn't until years later that I really saw this inside of myself and saw how I was still in victimhood and also how I was constantly working against myself.
So the inner perpetrator that I had was self-sabotaging me. It was pushing me down. It was telling me, you're never going to make it. Nothing's ever going to change. Shut up. Stay silent. Sit down. This is what you get. You got to push your way through life. It's a dog eat dog world. All of these inner voices, these are the voices of the perpetrator. And when we act out in that energy and life doesn't give us what we want, we then fall back into the other polarity. We slump back into victimhood. And then it's like, you see, life is against me. Nothing ever goes my way. I'm always the victim, no matter how hard I try.
So we're constantly going back and forth between our inner victim and our inner perpetrator. And this is where the work lies.
The work is not in moving to a new city where it's going to be better or a windfall of money so you can finally get out of survival mode or finding someone to finally love you the way you've never been loved. The work is going within and discovering these victim perpetrator dynamics within yourself so that you can collapse them and transcend the whole paradigm. And you can never give up on yourself because this is really a big thing to do.
But you are coded to do this. Why? Because you're here. Because you have endured ancestral trauma. Because you exist at this time of pivotal change on the planet as we are going through this ascension. And because you are on the path of spiritual awakening. This is divine design.
It's happening this way specifically so that you could awaken. Because if it was subtle, you would not awaken to it. You need to have your spiritual antenna lit up. You need to be attuned to energies. But then instead of blaming the world for the traumas or blaming your toxic family and all of that stuff, you say, Hey, hang on a minute. I'm generating my reality. I'm a divine child of God. I am a powerful, sovereign being. Let me go inside and see what's going on within me.
Let me see how my inner victim is manifesting in my life and how my inner perpetrator is manifesting in my life. And that's when you become really, really aware. And when you collapse those polarities within yourself, that's when you find your authentic power, your divine power, your God-given power.
That is when you transcend this whole paradigm. And that's when you're able to timeline jump, to jump into a new reality, to embody a new frequency. So no matter what people tell you, that maybe your diagnosis is permanent or too bad, it's always going to be this way, suck it up. Or just when you receive all of this resistance from the external world, you must never give up on yourself.
You must know that there is always a way through this. It is not easy, but it can be done because you have the strength within.
You're already coded for this because of the reasons that I already stated. You're here, you have endured ancestral trauma, you're going through a spiritual awakening, and it's happening at this beautiful time of change when we have all of this high-frequency light streaming down onto the planet, activating us and catalyzing our true empowerment.
So instead of swinging from a false sense of disempowerment to a false sense of power, in other words, instead of swinging between victim and perpetrator, you find your authentic power.
You find that divine strength and authenticity within yourself, and you hold that as much as you can, and you go for that, and you hold your intentions. And that's when the way opens up. That's when the path is cleared before you, because you are no longer aligned with these distortions.
You are not the victim, you are not the perpetrator, you are the sovereign being. You are the consciousness behind the avatar. You are the divine child of God.
You are the one, you are the chosen one here to break the chains of generational trauma, and you don't do it through fighting the world, although you don't have to listen to the bullshit that's imposed upon you. You want to transcend all of that, and you do that by going within and accessing your divine power.
And in order to get to that core, that beautiful core of divine authentic power, you have to collapse these victim-perpetrator dynamics within yourself.
And I know this sounds like a lot, maybe it's a little bit overwhelming, but I just wanted to give this concept to you so that you can start to understand it, and we'll talk more about this in the future, but this is really what's at the heart of it all, okay? There is nothing that you do not have the power to transcend within yourself already, okay? Because you were gifted awareness, you were gifted your divine light, and nothing can take that away from you.
And never listen to people who just give you that resistance, because of course, listen, they're going to want to keep you down. Who is they? Whoever, the toxic people, the toxic systems and structures that exist on the planet at this time, the dark forces, the negative entities, the ones who psychically attack you, yes, there is the other, because we are individuated consciousnesses, there is the other acting as the darkness that kind of wants to keep you down, right?
So you are going to get resistance, and you have to stay strong on your path and say, no way, I'm a divine child of God, I know there is a way, I know I can transcend, and I will do it through going within. Now, before I go, I just want to leave you with this last point, that the darkness is here to serve the light, okay?
You are the light, and you're not here to fight against the darkness, you're here to envelop it within your consciousness, because the darkness is only showing you where you're still disempowered.
That's all that is happening, right? The demons, the narcissists, the toxicity, the resistance, the constant victimization, it is just showing you where you are still acting in disempowerment.
And remember that both the inner victim and the inner perpetrator, they're two different sides of the same coin, and that coin is a coin of disempowerment, okay? So the darkness is serving you, the resistance is serving you, it's showing you where you still have blind spots, and that's okay.
And never, never give up, my friends. If I could count the amount of times that people told me to give up on myself, that I was just a mess, or I was never going to make it, or I couldn't do whatever it was that I was trying to do, move up in a job, or jump timelines, completely collapse my reality and construct another one. I mean, I have done it so many times, that's really what helped me to awaken, is that once I did it once, I was like, oh, this is all an illusion. I can collapse it and reconstruct it.
You can collapse your reality and rebuild it as many times as you want to, but we keep rebuilding it in the same way until we heal.
That's the trick, right? Until we heal these victim-perpetrator dynamics within ourselves, we keep creating the same realities, because those lessons of trauma, they will not go away until we look them in the face and get the lessons that they're trying to teach us.
Okay, this feels complete. I'm going to leave it there. If you enjoyed this transmission, give it a like, a follow, a subscribe, drop a comment.
