One of the gamechanger tools that you can adopt during your awakening process is to consistently liberate yourself from your stories. The idea is to completely release the energy of unwanted experiences from your body and etheric field. To do this, you must be keenly aware to not attach meaning to these experiences, or add them to a running narrative that you carry about your life.

It's very freeing to understand that you're not defined by the limitations of your past experiences. You have a choice.

Consider that identity is fluid; in every moment you're literally a new being that can shift in any way you feel called to. You may be acting out a familiar habit or thought pattern, but you're doing it in the present moment, fresh. Acknowledge this, because you don't have to keep that momentum going. You can just observe, and remain in non-judgment. You can begin again, as many times as you like.

The past can imprint you, but you choose whether or not to keep those imprints. If you do, it's because they benefitted you. Perhaps they were imprints of loving acceptance, and that's awesome. But if the past negatively imprinted you, it's your responsibility to clear this energetic distortion so that you can move forward unscathed.

You exist now, and there are billions of different versions of you that exist simultaneously. Your frequency determines which one you line up with.

The idea that you're a product of your past; the sum of your years... is bogus. Every version of you that you has ever been, or ever will be, is a potential now moment that you can tap into at will. You can shift into the vibration of a disempowering old story, or you can just let it be, grieve your losses, and make a new choice. Either way, your worth does not change, because it's innate.

If you're unable to release old stories, it's because they're rooted in your unresolved pain. They'll keep looping until you heal on a much more profound level. The subject of healing trauma is immense, but in short, you'll need to do a deep dive into your emotional and physical bodies in order to acknowledge your pain. Then, and only then, can you release your stories, and move forward. You'll be surprised at how quickly they dissolve once you've surrendered to feeling the full breadth and depth of your pain.

Remember that greatness is just as available as struggle.

There exists a version of you, right now, that's already transcended all of your obstacles. It takes practice to access the frequency of it, and the ability to consciously hold that frequency regardless of your circumstances. This is a practice that's essential to mastering your energy, and actually manifesting the life that you desire.

As you cultivate self-awareness and presence, leaving the old stories behind gets easier. You'll know without a doubt that life is a blank canvas for you to color. You'll give yourself a permission slip to f*ck it all up, and still be a beautiful divine soul, on your rightful path. You were designed to shatter old identities and level-up. It's par for the course.

The personality is mutable... depending on the level of consciousness that illuminates it.

You're not tied to your personality, unless you want to be. Even if you've been through incredibly hard times, it's possible to heal, rewire, and create lasting change in your expression. Your consciousness is ultimately driving your life, and the more you expand your awareness and allow yourself to shift, the more ease and flow you can embody.

Many people are heavy with their past, and their bodies are energetically heavy too. You can tell what kind of life they've had because they carry it with them everywhere they go. They're constantly reinforcing their stories and rigid sense of identity. "This is the way I've always been", they say. So by way of exclusion, there's nothing left for them to grow into.

Growth and change are the natural order. Without them, your light slowly dies out.

If you've never changed your identity or story, you likely never knew yourself at all. You're much bigger, grander, and more expansive than any incarnation could tell. It's more advantageous (and fun!) to be flexible, adaptable, and ready for new levels of expansion and joy.

Remain in the knowing that you're pure life force energy, and this lifetime is just temporary. You may have been persecuted, rich, sick, beautiful, etc... but none of it is really you. You're a divine child of God; a spirit in a meat suit; an infinite being.

The stories come and go, passing by like a movie, but your divinity is ever-present.

You're perfectly imperfect, plodding along your path of growth and expansion. You're exploring through your story, but you are not your story. Big difference! Don't shame yourself for your experiences; learn from them, and let them go.

When you refrain from self-judgment, it allows you to shed the delusions of any story your mind may be telling you. They don't have to permanently scar your sense of self. Try to have a sense of humor about it all, and don't take yourself so seriously.

Remember that you're love embodied, and that's a story that'll never change :)
